Elmarco NS Lab products enables nanofiber material research and development activities using the cutting edge Nanospider™ production technology. NS LAB 200 and NS LAB 500 are designed for water and solvent electrospinning. The NS LAB M is designed for the spinning of melted polymers without the use of solvents. The results from the work on NS Lab machines are easily upscalable to the NS Production Line 1000 or NS Production Line 1600.
Flexibility
Elmarco’s NS Labs can be configured to work with a wide variety of polymers and to produce a wide range of organic and biodegradable nanofibers. NS LAB 200 and NS LAB 500 are supplied with interchangeable spinning electrodes optimal for the respective polymers, including a small volume post electrode for research work with novel expensive material. Two interchangeable collecting electrodes accommodate the use of multiple substrates. Depending on the polymer used fiber diameters from 80 nm up to 700 nm (+/- 30%) are possible.
