NS Organic Production Lines 1600
System
The NanospiderTM NS 1600U is our base module for high volume production of organic nanofibers. It is designed for ease of use, scalability, modularity and flexibility in producing the highest quality nanofibers. The NS 1600U is a modular spinning unit configured with four 1,6 meters wide spinning electrodes. Up to four NS 1600U units can be combined to a NS Production line able to produce up to 50 million square m eters of coated material annually.
Flexibility
Elmarco’s NS Production lines can be configured to work with a wide variety of polymers and to produce a wide range of organic and biodegradable nanofibers. Depending on the polymer used, fiber diameters from 80 nm up to 700 nm (+/- 30 %) are possible. In addition, the NS Organic Production Lines are designed to accommodate various types of substrate materials.
